Stivaktis Art

The Basics

Steve Stivaktis (they/he) is a comic artist, writer, and illustrator born in 1991 in Athens, Greece. They’ve worked in comics and illustration since they were 17, and isn’t planning to stop any time soon. They aim to work on stories about Greek queer speculative fiction, go to as many comic conventions as possible, and produce extreme quantities of stickers.

In their free time, Steve plays TTRPGs with friends, spends time with their dog, and hoards knowledge about niche scientific interests that would earn them either a PhD or many awkward social interactions.

Experience

Steve graduated from Ornerakis School of Applied Arts in 2012 and is currently in a Greek Civilisation undergrad course from the Greek Open University, with the goal of studies in fantasy literature and Greek speculative fiction, specifically. They’ve done courses in tattooing and creative writing, as well as several weirdly niche ones that will be of zero use to them in a professional environment but make them happy.
